Payment is due in full at time of service.

We are an out-of network provider and do not contract with any insurance. At your request, we will provide a superbill with diagnosis and billing procedure codes for you to submit to your health insurer. Some PPO plans will allow for out-of-network reimbursement. Any reimbursement you are entitled to is an arrangement between you and your insurance provider.

At your request we can provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of Charges.

Innate General Services

Medical/Psychosocial Intake - $300 / up to 1 hour

Ketamine Medicine Sessions - $675 / up to 2 hours

Ketamine Sessions - Your Therapist - $500 / up to 2 hours

Psychotherapy services - $225 / 50 minute session

Medication Management/Refill - $150 / up to 30 minutes

Telephone/Email Services - $60 / 15 minutes
